I. Guarantee conditions
EuropeGAS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białystok ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399 (warranty service address: ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399 Białystok), hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, ensures good quality and guarantees smooth operation of the equipment covered by these terms and conditions for the period counted from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer:
1. Reducers
- Guarantee period: 24 months from the date of release of the item, but not longer than 30 months from the date of production – contained in the SN code placed on the body).
- Components that are defective due to the manufacturer’s fault shall be repaired or replaced with new ones.
- The guarantee repairs do not cover elements of the reducer damaged due to dirt, worn out elements and elements in which unauthorized persons interfered.
2. Injectors and injection strips
- Guarantee period: 24 months from the date of release of the item, but not longer than 30 months from the date of production – contained in the SN code placed on the body).
- Components that are defective due to the manufacturer’s fault shall be repaired or replaced with new ones.
- The guarantee repairs do not cover elements of the injector damaged due to dirt, worn out elements and elements in which unauthorized persons interfered. The condition for using the warranty is to present a document confirming regular periodic inspection of the system.
The guarantee does not cover:
– Damage caused by dirt due to low quality LPG/CNG fuel (it is recommended to use centrifugal filters, with replaceable fibre glass or polyester cartridge).
– Damage caused by poor selection of current parameters.
– Damage caused by flooding, oiling.
– Damage caused by the use of washing liquids, including esters, alcohols and their derivatives, solvents, thinners, rust removers, and other cleaning and washing substances.
– Damage caused by natural wear and tear, mechanical damage, and damage caused by unauthorised interference.
3. Volatile phase filters
- Guarantee period*: 24 months from the date of release of the item, but not longer than 30 months from the date of production – contained in the SN code placed on the controller).
- Defective controllers through the fault of the manufacturer shall be repaired, replaced with new ones or replaced with the ones free from defects.
The warranty repairs do not cover electronics damaged as a result of flooding, electronics damaged as a result of incorrect assembly, and electronics in which unauthorized persons interfered.
II. Complaints and returns
Defects revealed during the guarantee period (in particular parts and production defects) will be removed free of charge by the Guarantor’s service.
The guarantee does not cover:
- fuses, consumables,
- parts and components fitted not in accordance with the system manufacturer’s instructions, in particular those resulting from other than those recommended by the manufacturer,
- damage caused by errors in connections (e.g. electrical connections),
- faults and damage caused by incorrect engine adjustment and incorrect engine operation on petrol,
- damage caused by poor gas quality,
- parts and components fitted by a plant which is not authorised for assembly (approval),
- faults and damage caused by incorrect operation of other engine systems, electrical system, cooling system, lambda probe etc.,
- mechanical, chemical (including damage caused by water), thermal or intentional damage to the goods,
- Damage caused by the application of consumables that are not original or not in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer.
The warranty is lost in the following cases:
- breaks or damage to the guarantee seals,
- arbitrary repairs by unauthorized persons.
III. Complaint procedure
- The item under complaint should be delivered to the Guarantor’s registered office/service (ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399 Białystok) at the expense and risk of the Buyer (personally or through a shipping company).
- Before handing over the equipment for repair, the Buyer should carefully check the damaged item and make a complaint report (form available at www.admis.europegas.pl) containing the complainant’s data, description of the part being complained about and specifying the damage.
- The prerequisite for processing the complaint is to deliver the item together with the complaint report and a copy of the proof of purchase. The moment of reporting a complaint is considered to be the moment of delivering the items to the Guarantor together with the documents mentioned in the previous sentence.
- In the case of personal delivery of items to the service, the Guarantor will issue a complaint form for the Buyer to fill in, which is the only document entitling to receive the claimed equipment after completion of service activities. The Guarantor reserves that they do not issue a duplicate of the complaint form and do not bear any responsibility for the consequences of losing this document.
- If the goods are delivered through a shipping company, the confirmation of delivery to the service is the signature and service stamp of the Guarantor’s employee on the bill of lading.
- The Guarantor undertakes to repair or replace the goods in a complaint mode within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Guarantor, together with the documents specified in item 3.
- In the case of repairs with a particular degree of difficulty, the repair period is extended to 21 working days.
- After repair, the equipment will be handed over to the Buyer in person (or a person authorized in writing) on the basis of a complaint at the Guarantor’s service or through a carrier at the expense of the Guarantor.9. After the repair or replacement of items, the Buyer will receive a “report of complaint” document from the Guarantor. This document constitutes the guarantee card for the received goods and, at the same time, is the basis for a possible replacement of the goods with another, functional one (according to the item below). The guarantee period shall be extended by the time spent on repairing or replacing the item, if these activities lasted more than 3 days.
- The Buyer has the right to replace the item with another, functional one, in the following cases:- during the guarantee period, the Guarantor’s service makes three repairs, and the item still has defects that prevent its use as intended
– the Guarantor’s service considers that the removal of the defect is impossible or is not possible to remove within 21 working days.
– the purchased item fails within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
IV. Final provisions
- The Guarantor shall not be liable for damage caused by the impossibility of using an item that is in repair.
- If the item is delivered to the service without description of the damage or if the complaint is unjustified, the Guarantor shall charge the Customer with the costs of expert opinion.
- In the case of delivery to the service without the required documents, referred to in point II item 3, if they are not filled in correctly and the complaint is unfounded, the Guarantor shall inform the Buyer about the above circumstances by calling for the completion of the defects and setting an appropriate deadline for their completion. If the deadline expires ineffectively, the Guarantor shall return it to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.
- In all matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer resulting from the regulations on warranty for defects in the sold item.
