EuropeGAS Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Białystok, ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399, (address of warranty service: ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399 Białystok), hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, guarantees good quality and guarantees efficient operation of the equipment covered by these conditions for a period counted from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer:

  • Warranty period: 24 months from the date of delivery of the item, but no longer than 30 months from the production date – included in the SN code located on the body).
  • Components that are defective due to the manufacturer's fault will be repaired or replaced with new ones.
  • Warranty repairs do not cover reducer components damaged due to dirt, worn-out components or components tampered with by unauthorized persons.
  • Warranty period: 24 months from the date of delivery of the item, but no longer than 30 months from the production date (contained in the SN code placed on the body).
  • Components that are defective due to the manufacturer's fault will be repaired or replaced with new ones.
  • Warranty repairs do not cover injector components damaged due to dirt, worn components, or components tampered with by unauthorized persons. The condition for using the warranty is to present a document confirming the regular performance of periodic inspections of the installation.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    – Damage caused by contamination caused by low quality LPG/CNG fuel (the use of centrifugal filters with a replaceable glass or polyester fibre insert is recommended).
    – Damage caused by incorrect selection of current parameters.
    – Damage caused by water flooding or oil contamination.
    – Damage caused by the use of cleaning fluids, including esters, alcohols and their derivatives, solvents, thinners, rust removers and other cleaning and washing substances.
    – Damage resulting from natural wear and tear, mechanical damage or damage caused by unauthorized intervention.
  • Warranty period*: 24 months from the date of delivery of the item, but no longer than 30 months from the production date contained in the SN code located on the controller).
  • Drivers that are defective due to the manufacturer's fault will be repaired, replaced with new ones or exchanged for defect-free ones.
  • Warranty repairs do not cover electronics damaged due to flooding, electronics damaged due to improper assembly, or electronics tampered with by unauthorized persons.

Any defects revealed during the warranty period (in particular, part defects and manufacturing defects) will be removed free of charge by the Guarantor's service.

Guarantee nie are covered by:

  • fuses, consumables,
  • parts and elements installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, in particular resulting from installation other than that recommended by the manufacturer,
  • damage caused by connection errors (e.g. electrical),
  • faults and damage caused by incorrect engine adjustment and incorrect engine operation on petrol,
  • damage caused by poor gas quality,
  • parts and components installed by a plant that does not have the right to perform assembly (homologation),
  • faults and damage caused by improper operation of other engine systems, electrical installation, cooling system, lambda probe, etc.,
  • mechanical, chemical (including damage caused by water), thermal or intentional damage to the goods,
  • damage caused by the use of non-original consumables or consumables not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The warranty is void in the event of:

  • broken or damaged warranty seals,
  • unauthorized repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
  1. The claimed item should be delivered to the Guarantor’s registered office/service (ul. Hurtowa 13, 15-399 Białystok) at the Buyer’s expense and risk (in person or through a transport company).
  2. Before handing over the equipment for repair, the Buyer should carefully inspect the damaged item and prepare a complaint form (form available at www.admis.europegas.pl) containing the data of the complainant, a description of the part being complained about and an indication of the damage.
  3. The condition for considering a complaint is to deliver the complained item together with the complaint notification and a copy of the proof of purchase. The moment of filing a complaint is considered to be the delivery of the item to the Guarantor together with the documents listed in the previous sentence.
  4. In the event of personal delivery of the item to the service, the Guarantor will issue the Buyer with a complaint form to fill out, which is the only document authorizing the collection of the complained equipment after the service activities have been completed. The Guarantor reserves that it will not issue a duplicate of the complaint form and is not responsible for the consequences of losing this document.
  5. In the event of delivery of the goods via a transport company, confirmation of delivery of the shipment to the service center is the signature and service stamp on the consignment note by an employee of the Guarantor.
  6. The Guarantor undertakes to repair or replace the item under the complaint procedure within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the item to the Guarantor together with the documents specified in paragraph 3.
  7. In the case of a particularly difficult repair, the repair time is extended to 21 working days.
  8. After the repair, the equipment will be handed over to the Buyer in person (or to a person authorized in writing) based on a complaint notification at the Guarantor's service or via a carrier at the Guarantor's expense. 9. After the repair or replacement of the item, the Buyer will receive a document from the Guarantor called a "complaint notification report". The indicated document constitutes a warranty card for the received goods, and at the same time is the basis for a possible replacement of the item with another, functional one (in accordance with the section below). The warranty period is extended by the time allocated for the repair or replacement of the item if these activities lasted longer than 3 days.
  9. The buyer has the right to exchange the item for another, functional one if:
    – during the warranty period, the Guarantor's service will carry out three repairs, and the item will still have defects that prevent it from being used as intended
    – the Guarantor’s service deems that removal of the defect is not possible or cannot be removed within 21 working days.
    – the purchased item fails within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
  1. The guarantor is not liable for any damages resulting from the impossibility of
    use of an item being repaired.
  2. If the item is delivered to the service center without a description of the damage or if the complaint is unjustified, the Guarantor will charge the Customer for the costs of the expertise.
  3. In the event of delivering the item to the service without the required documents referred to in point II, paragraph 3, in the event of their incorrect completion, as well as when the complaint is unjustified, the Guarantor shall inform the Buyer of the above circumstances, requesting the rectification of the deficiencies and setting an appropriate deadline for their rectification. In the event of the ineffective expiry of the deadline, the Guarantor shall return the item to the Buyer at his expense.
  4. In all matters not regulated in these terms and conditions the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  5. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights arising from the provisions on warranty for defects in the sold item.
