Warranty

EuropeGAS Sp. z o.o., based in Białystok at Hurtowa Street 13, 15-399, (warranty service address: Hurtowa Street 13, 15-399 Białystok), hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor, assures the good quality and guarantees the proper functioning of the equipment covered by these terms for a period starting from the date of delivery of the item to the Buyer:

  • Warranty period: 24 months from the date of delivery of the item, but no longer than 30 months from the date of production – as indicated in the SN code placed on the casing.
  • Defective parts due to the manufacturer’s fault will be repaired or replaced with new ones.
  • Warranty repairs do not cover parts of the reducer damaged due to contamination, worn-out parts, or parts that have been tampered with by unauthorized persons.

Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of issuance of the item, but no longer than 30 months from the production date indicated in the SN code located on the casing. Defective parts due to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced with new ones.

  • Warranty repairs do not cover injector components damaged due to contamination, parts that have worn out, and components that have been tampered with by unauthorized persons. The condition for utilizing the warranty is the presentation of a document confirming regular inspection of the installation.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by contamination resulting from the poor quality of LPG/CNG fuel (the use of centrifugal filters with replaceable fiberglass or polyester elements is recommended).
  • Damage due to incorrect selection of electrical parameters.
  • Damage caused by water immersion or oil contamination.
  • Damage caused by the use of cleaning fluids, including esters, alcohols and their derivatives, solvents, thinners, rust removers, and other cleaning agents.
  • Damage caused by natural wear, mechanical damage, and damage resulting from tampering by unauthorized persons.

Warranty period*:

  • 24 months from the date of issue of the product, but no longer than 30 months from the date of production indicated in the serial number (SN) on the controller.
  • Defective controllers due to manufacturer’s fault will be repaired, replaced with new ones, or exchanged for units free of defects.
  • Warranty repairs do not cover electronics damaged due to flooding, electronics damaged due to improper installation, and electronics that have been tampered with by unauthorized personnel.

Defects revealed during the warranty period (especially defects in parts and production defects) will be repaired free of charge by the Guarantor’s service.

The warranty does not cover:

  • fuses, consumables,
  • parts and components installed contrary to the manufacturer’s installation instructions, particularly those resulting from methods other than recommended by the manufacturer,
  • damages caused by connection errors (e.g., electrical),
  • faults and damages caused by improper engine tuning and improper engine operation on gasoline,
  • damages caused by poor quality gas,
  • parts and components installed by a workshop not authorized for installation (i.e., lacking the necessary certification),
  • faults and damages caused by the improper functioning of other engine systems, electrical installation, cooling system, lambda sensor, etc.,
  • mechanical, chemical (including damages caused by water), thermal, or intentional damages to the product,
  • damages arising from the use of non-original or non-compliant consumables as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The warranty is void in the event of:

  • breaking or damaging warranty seals,
  • unauthorized repairs carried out by unqualified individuals.
  1. The claimed item should be delivered to the location/service of the Guarantor (Hurtowa Street 13, 15-399 Białystok) at the cost and risk of the Buyer (in person or via a shipping company). Before handing over the equipment for repair, the Buyer should carefully inspect the damaged item and prepare a complaint report (form available on the website www.admis.europegas.pl) containing the complainant’s details, a description of the claimed part, and specifying the damages.
  2. A condition for processing the complaint is the delivery of the claimed item along with the complaint report and a copy of the purchase proof. The moment the complaint is reported is considered the delivery of the item to the Guarantor along with the documents mentioned in the previous sentence.
  3. In the case of personally delivering the item to the service, the Guarantor will provide the Buyer with a complaint report form to be filled out, which is the only document entitling the buyer to collect the claimed equipment after the service activities are completed. The Guarantor reserves the right not to issue a duplicate of the complaint report and does not bear any responsibility for the consequences of losing this document.
  4. In the case of delivering the goods through a shipping company, confirmation of the delivery of the package to the service is the signature and service stamp on the shipping document by the Guarantor’s employee.
  5. The Guarantor is obliged to repair or replace the item under the warranty within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the item to the Guarantor along with the documents specified in paragraph 3.
  6. In the case of repairs of particular complexity, the repair time may be extended to 21 working days. After the repair is completed, the equipment will be handed over to the Buyer in person (or to a person authorized in writing) based on the complaint report at the Guarantor’s service or through a carrier at the Guarantor’s expense.
  7. After the repair or replacement of the item, the Buyer will receive a document from the Guarantor titled “Complaint Report.” This document serves as a warranty card for the received item and is also the basis for possible replacement of the item with another functioning one (according to the clause below). The warranty period is extended by the time spent on the repair or replacement if these activities lasted more than 3 days.
  8. The Buyer has the right to exchange the item for another functioning one in case:
    • during the warranty period, the Guarantor’s service performs three repairs, and the item still has defects preventing its use as intended,
    • the Guarantor’s service determines that removing the defect is not possible or cannot be done within 21 working days,
    • the purchased item fails within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
  1. The Guarantor is not responsible for damages arising from the inability to use the item being repaired.
  2. In the case of delivering an item to the service without a description of the damage, or when the complaint is unjustified, the Guarantor will charge the Customer for the cost of the expertise.
  3. If the item is delivered to the service without the required documentation referred to in point II, paragraph 3, or if such documentation is incorrectly filled out, and if the complaint is unjustified, the Guarantor will inform the Buyer of this circumstance, requesting the necessary documentation to be completed and specifying an appropriate deadline for doing so. If the deadline passes without the required documentation being provided, the Guarantor will return the item to the Buyer at their expense.
  4. For any matters not regulated by these conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  5. The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from the provisions on statutory warranty for defects in the sold item.
