EG INJECTO DUO 90.6

EG INJECTO 90.6 DUO is a sequential gas injection system for cars with 6-cylinder engines with the so-called dual petrol injection system, i.e. having both multi-point indirect (MPI) and direct (DI) petrol injection.

  • Gas is fed to the intake manifold using only 6 gas injectors (a single gas injector serves one cylinder).
  • The innovative auto-calibration and mapping algorithm enables quick and intuitive system tuning in a manner similar to the calibration of the standard EG INJECTO 48 system, which supports only direct injection
  • The oscilloscope built into the controller allows for quick identification of input signals and verification of the correctness of the connections made
  • Built-in technologically advanced emulators of both direct injection and indirect injection systems. This allows simultaneous emulation of DI and MPI petrol injector signals when the engine is running on gas, which in turn translates into very low petrol consumption.
  • When the system is correctly tuned, when driving on gas, the transitions between changing petrol injection strategies are imperceptible, while maintaining vehicle performance similar to that when the engine is fuelled with petrol.
