EG INJECTO DUO 90.4

EG INJECTO DUO is a sequential gas injection system for
cars with 4-cylinder engines with the so-called dual injection system
gasoline, i.e. having both a multi-point indirect (MPI)
as well as direct (DI) gasoline injection.

  • The gas is fed to the intake manifold using
    only 4 gas injectors (single gas injector
    supports one cylinder).
  • The innovative auto-calibration and mapping algorithm enables
    quick and intuitive system tuning in a way similar to
    calibration of the standard EG INJECTO 48 system, supporting
    direct injection only.
  • The oscilloscope built into the controller allows for quick identification
    input signals and verification of the correctness of the performed
    connections.
  • The EG INJECTO 90.4 DUO gas injection controller has
    built-in technologically advanced emulators both
    direct injection system and indirect injection system.
  • This allows simultaneous emulation of petrol signals
    DI and MPI injectors when the engine is running on gas,
    which in turn translates into very low gasoline consumption.
  • When the system is properly tuned when driving on gas
    transitions between changing gasoline injection strategies
    are imperceptible, while maintaining the vehicle's performance
    similar to those when powering the engine with gasoline.
