Complaints conditions

  1. A customer who made a purchase from the company Europegas Sp. z o. o. has the right to return the goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. The goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased, in the original packaging together with the purchase invoice and cannot bear any traces of use.
  2. In case of a complaint, please contact the company Europegas Sp. z o. o. Branch Białystok, by phone or e-mail, and then deliver the defective product with proof of purchase (VAT invoice - original or copy), together with a completed complaint form. The buyer returns the complained goods at his own expense.
  3. Company Europegas Sp. z o. o. undertakes to remove the defect within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the headquarters in Białystok. We also reserve the right to extend the complaint period if it is necessary to import the appropriate parts.
  4. If the goods delivered by the customer are technically efficient, a service fee will be charged and the goods will be sent back at the buyer's expense. If the defect reported by the buyer is confirmed, the repaired or replaced goods will be sent back at the company's expense. Europegas Sp. z o. o
  5. All returns and shipments are sent at the company's expense Europegas Sp. z o. o. will not be accepted.
  6. If the returned product does not have a completed complaint form and shows signs of tampering, such complaint will not be considered and the complained product will be returned at the buyer's expense.
